9pm: Meet & Greet Welcome party
1am: End of party. 

Limo Ride is for registered members & their +1. 
Limo pick up & drop off will be from the Wyndam Hotel


SATURDAY JULY 21ST 2018

7am - 9:45am: intercontinental breakfast provided by Wyndam hotel (please to do not forget to collect your meal coupon when you check in)
10am -10:45am: morning devotion by Rev Ndimantang
11am - 2:30pm: General assembly
3pm- 5:30pm: interactions 
9am - 3am: gala & entertainment

 

SUNDAY JULY 22ND 2018

12pm- 8pm: BBQ & farewell

 

Please note the program is tentative & subject to changes. Also we are open to ideas to make your weekend  memorable so if you have any suggestions do not hesitate to let us know. 

If you plan on proposing to your future spouse please let us know so we can make it memorable (we serious oh).
